The Flying Doctors je australský dramatický seriál produkován společností Crawford Productions, který se točil okolo každodenních záchranářských snah skutečné Královské letecké lékařské služby Austrálie. Začal jako minisérie z roku 1985 s Andrewem McFarlanem v hlavní roli Dr. Toma Callaghana. Úspěch minisérie vedl k jejímu návratu následující rok jako seriálu s novým lékařem, Chrisem Randalem, hraným Liz Burch. Seriál běžel devět sezón a byl úspěšně vysílán mezinárodně.
